Cookbooks

One of the many ways that Junior Leagues raise money for their community is through cookbook sales.
The Junior League of Eugene has published three cookbooks:
Cooking from the Coast To The Cascades, Savor The Flavor, and A Taste of Oregon.

Cooking from the Coast to the Cascades

The League's most recently published cookbook offers an abundance of fresh recipes from picturesque Oregon. It includes 200 selections for elegant dining, outdoor entertaining, and quick weeknight meals. You will also enjoy scenic photographs and references to Oregon's award-winning wines.

SAVOR THE FLAVOR OF OREGON

This book's recipes are as delicious as Oregon is beautiful. It covers appetizers, beverages, soups and salads, eggs, cheese, brunch, vegetables, pasta, rice, and side dishes. Fish and seafood, meats, poultry, breads and desserts with a special emphasis on foods of the Pacific Northwest. Beautifully designed as a hardback with spiral-binding and elegant food photography throughout, "Savor The Flavor of Oregon" is loaded with a new series of more than 500 triple-tested recipes. Published in 1991, there are fewer of these books left in circulation, however some can still be found on Amazon and larger bookstores.
